Hotel Alpenrock Breckridge features signature restaurant Edwin, cocktail speakeasy Canary and an expansive deck with mountain views, available to book for private events. It also features skier-friendly amenities such as a ski valet and gear storage, according to the release.
The property is the first Rocky Mountain destination in Sage’s portfolio.

In September, Sage added an apartment-style lifestyle property in Savannah, Georgia, to its portfolio.
According to Hilton’s 2025 trends report, one in five travelers plans to seek outdoor adventures this coming year. Outside of its Curio Collection, Hilton has catered to outdoor-loving travelers with its AutoCamp partnership, which offers “glamping” experiences.
Meanwhile, Western mountain properties are seeing stronger bookings this autumn and winter, according to a report from DestiMetrics. As of September, the report found, a boost in winter bookings was helping to offset slightly lower ADRs, leading to a projected 1.4% increase in revenue for the season.
Last week, Hyatt expanded its Grand Hyatt brand to the Utah ski destination of Park City with the opening of Grand Hyatt Deer Valley.
